Yes, I believe that we are living in the day when the Holy Spirit is being poured out upon all flesh. Peter identified this time in Acts 2:16-17. It is a time when we are going to see great revelatory gifts being released to the body of Christ.
I believe that God wants the church to operate in the power of God like the early church operated in. I Cor. 4:20 declares that the Kingdom of God does not consist in just talk but in power.

The anointing really is Him, because it is the Holy Spirit. And the Holy Spirit really makes Jesus real; remember Jesus taught in John 14 that He was going to give us another Comforter who was going to abide with us forever. The Greek word for "another" there means exact sameness.

I believe that we are about to see God establish the apostolic government of God. We are seeing the Lord bring about a real restoration of the five-fold ministry spoken of in Eph. 4. I am very encouraged to see the prophets and teachers coming together as mentioned in Acts 13:1-6. This is a great time to see unity begin to develop. As unity comes out of Psalms 133, this will help release the anointing.

God would never give us an assignment without an anointing. he would never give us a task without a touch. When Jesus sent out the disciples, He sent them out with power, Luke 10:19. So He wants us to be equipped and qualified for every good work. Paul the Apostle said I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. One of my favorite verses about the anointing is Acts 4:29-36 I think, where they prayed in the place where they were assembled and it was shaken and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost and they were filled with boldness. We need the anointing to evangelize, Acts 1:8. "But you shall receive power after the Holy Ghost comes upon you., you shall be witnesses unto me in both Judea, Samaria and in the uttermost parts of the earth."

YES! I definitely believe in an impartation. The anointing is caught and not just taught. Especially in the arena of the prophetic. An example is when Saul got around the prophets, he became like the prophets. There will be an impartation at the August Conference. God is going to pour water upon all who are thirsty and hunger. Water, being a type of the Holy Ghost. I want to give a verse out of Isaiah 44:3-4 -- for I will pour water upon Him who is thirsty and floods upon dry ground. I will pour my spirit upon my seed and my blessing upon thy offspring and they shall spring up as willows by the watercourses. God is going to really pour the anointing on those who are hungry and desperate for it. One of the first steps to receive the anointing is to be desperate for the anointing. Psalms 42, David says as little desert deer pant after the water brook, so pants my soul after thee, O God.
The Holy Spirit is creating a deep hunger for the power of God.

Yes, when we turn our hearts to Him and we seek to be in His presence, it will be like it was in the Book of Acts when it was spoken about the disciples that it was perceived that they were ignorant and unlearned people, but people took notice that they had been with God. It would be like when Moses spent time in the presence of God on the mountain. When he came back down, his face was aglow with the presence of God. The Bible declares that when we behold Christ with an unveiled face, we, too, are changed into His own likeness, from glory to glory.

The church is still walking in dis-unity.. what is the thing we can do to prepare for this unity? How we can we co-operate with God and get in one accord with Him and each other?

We really need to ask the Lord to help us not to be territorial, not to be self-seeking. We are to seek to build God's kingdom and now our own kingdom. We are to esteem others more highly than our own selves, and to walk with a humble heart. That will help!!!

I think as we hang around people who have the anointing, it is an opportunity for an impartation. We certainly need to be Biblical. We need to understand what the Bible has to say concerning the power of God. But there is the principle of the laying on of hands to receive an impartation. And the main thing I was speaking about was the example of Elijah and Elisha. As Elisha continued to pursue Elijah, he was able to receive the mantle that he was promised from Elijah.

Do you believe that a day is coming when the anointing will be accompanied by His visible glory? Do you believe that He is going to reveal His glory through His people?

Yes, I do. I believe the whole earth shall be filled with His glory. I believe what happened in the Old Testament is a shadow of what we have the substance of in the New Testament. In the OT when the priests went to the temple to minister, there was such a presence of God that they could not stand to minister because of His presence. I believe there is coming today when there will be such an anointing in the church that the presence of God will be so strong that no one will be able to stand and minister, but the ministry of God will be going forth. I am absolutely sure that the day of the superstar saint is over, the only real super star in this coming move of God will be Christ Jesus Himself.

How do you deal with those who reject the anointing?

The best thing is to pray for them, not in a judgmental way but asking the Spirit of God to create in them a hunger for the things of God. I am very encouraged to see the hunger in the hearts of the Southern Baptist. There is about to come a move of God among the Southern Baptists that is going to be very unique and unprecedented in our day. I think there will be people really impacted by the Holy Spirit who have not been normally associated with being Spirit-filled people.

The answer is YES, music is going to be a very powerful force. The Lord is about to release the prophetic song I believe that there is coming this wonderful anointing for praise that is going to be visible and vocal. It is a time to worship the Lord with all of our strength.

The Lord declares that He is a jealous God and that He will not share His glory with another. One great promise is that the Holy Spirit will always glorify the Lamb of God. So we need to pray that the Holy Spirit will be in control of each meeting. John 16:14, Jesus said concerning the Holy Spirit He shall glorify Me. So this takes away all fear to surrender the service to the Holy Spirit. He is on a mission to glorify the Lamb of God.

GLORIOUS! I think it is going to be revolutionary, I believe there is about to come such a move of God upon the church that it is going to refine the ministers and it is going to cause us to redefine how we define Christianity.

I believe it will come upon the church to be carried out into the market place. One thing that made the early church so successful they carried the message into the market place. We are about to see a new breed of Christian coming into the church who have no other agenda other than to obey the Word of God. They will provoke the church to jealousy.

I believe Malachi 3:1 states the Lord whom you seek shall suddenly come into His temple. Suddenly is a great study in the Bible. When we get into right position, God can release His anointing very suddenly. Remember, He told the disciples (Luke 24:49) to go tarry in Jerusalem until you be endued with power from on high. When we get into right position, God can do this very suddenly.

Yes, I believe we are about to see a tremendous shaking like was in Ezekiel 37. But this shaking is going to bring about unification and not devastation, just as the bones came together in Ezekiel -- God is going to bring a shaking that will bring us together to stand up on our feet and be an exceeding great army.

I believe that in Paul's day if he could say there is preaching another gospel and there was a false Christ, that could be amplified in our day. I believe that we are going to see a radical return to the preaching of the cross, which will present the power of God. I just keep hearing from the Lord the word "revolution" and I believe the Lord is going to cause us to examine this perverted grace that is being presented today. The Scriptures teach that when a person is in Christ, he is a new creature. Old things are passed away, all things become new.

Yes. The anointing is not just contained in a building, the anointing comes from the Spirit of God and the Scriptures tell us that He is at all places at all times. Yes, I have prayed for people over the telephones and they have fallen under the power of God. We have prayed for people over television and they would fall under the power of God by watching television, so it can certainly happen over the telephone or by any way. We will pray for an impartation at the end of this session.
From MorningStar's perspective, we are just scratching the surface of on-line anointing. There will be more to come, where we will have on-line chats as home groups, praying for healings; we envision that this will basically bring people from all over the world into like a living room together and the Lord will bless that. There will be no name or face to it, and the anointing will flow through it. [from host-Mim]

This is out of the book of Jude. I will read the verse for you -- Jude, verse 4 -- for there are certain men who have crept in unawares who were before of old ordained to this condemnation ungodly men, turning the grace of our Lord God into lasciviousness and denying the only Lord God and our Savior Jesus Christ. The word "lascivious" means a license for immorality. I believe we are living in a time when people are doing "despite" to the Spirit of grace. See Hebrews 10:29, the word despite means have insulted the spirit of grace. Not long ago the Spirit of God spoke to me and said, "America wants a great awakening but no one will sound the alarm." Then the Lord said where is the preaching like Jonathan Edwards preached in his message, "Sinners in the hands of an angry God?"

It is God in you who will both will and to work to do His good pleasure. Phil. 2:13. He will put the idea in your heart, and the power in your hands to accomplish it. We need to make sure that what is being asked for you to do is not against the Scriptures but is substantiated in the Scriptures. The Holy Spirit would never ask any one to do something contrary to the Scriptures. The Scriptures warn us to test the spirits to make sure they come from God. I John 4:1.

Being the father of 4 daughters do you believe that there is a great anointing coming for our youth?

I sure do!!!!! I believe one of the most radical anointings in the land today will be upon these teenagers. I had a vision and in this vision I saw a mass of young people. They had no hair, spiked hair, pink hair, punky hair -- they had earrings, pins and all kinds of tattoos and I said, "Oh, God, who is this miserable mob?" And He said, "Welcome to my end time army!" This is part of that new breed that is coming in. It is not just their appearance -- it is their attitude about being willing to pursue the things of God with all their heart. It is like Daniel 11:32, the people who do know their God will be strong and do exploits. It is time for exploits. IT IS TIME FOR A DEMONSTRATION OF THE POWER OF GOD. The church is tired of just hearing about the power of God, it is time to display it. I Cor. 2:4-5.

The Holy Spirit has a different type of order than a religious spirit. The Holy Spirit brings LIFE. A religious spirit is bondage. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

Mainly people attempting to fulfill their own agenda and not surrendering to the leadership and Lordship of the Spirit of God.

Yes. I believe we are in Rev. 3:20-21, where Jesus said behold I stand at the door and knock. If any man will hear My voice, and will open the door, I will come in. We are about to hear His voice. Jesus said My sheep hear My voice and they follow me. There is a wonderful promise for those who will hear the voice and open the door. Jesus said we will be able to sit with Him in His father's throne.

Being delivered from alcohol addiction. I was addicted to alcohol when I was 8 years old. I would drink shaving lotion, shoe polish, sniff glue, gasoline -- anything to stay high. In the fall of 1968, with a shotgun in the roof of my mouth, I cried out to Jesus to change my life. And He came into my life! He became my best friend. This is the greatest experience I have ever had with Jesus.

We need to be jealous for the NAME OF JESUS. We need to be hungry for His presence. We need to expect His moving in our midst. We need to set an arena in our services, an atmosphere, for the supernatural to work. The Lord came to me and He said, "I give you my personal permission to attempt to exaggerate what I am about to do." I said, "Lord, I will need a verse for this!" He said no problem! Ephesians 3:20 and 21. Now unto him that is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we could ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us. Unto Him be glory in the churches, world without end, Amen. We need to expect big things from God!

I am sure that we are a prophetic people, living in a prophetic period. We are about to see a release of the prophetic anointing unlike anything we have seen. Our sons and our daughters shall prophesy. When real prophecy is released, people are smitten in their heart and will fall on their faces and declare that God is in this place, of a truth. See I Cor. 14:24.

Sorry, that is not on the topic. I do believe that there is coming a cleansing to the house of God. The Scriptures declare that judgment must begin first with the household of God. There is coming a new awareness of holiness.

Most of the time it is not the anointing that is doing the separating. It is sometimes our own feelings and lack of understanding of the true anointing. However, there are examples in the New Testament of people being looked upon as odd or mad.... who had the anointing. The example -- Paul the Apostle, who was accused of being mad. The early disciples on the day of Pentecost were accused of being drunken.

Yes. I believe the Lord puts many of His prophets in what I call "the back side of the desert." An example like Moses The back side of the desert can become God's school of higher learning, where we learn to hear His voice and follow His direction.

It can but it is very difficult. The anointing really comes best where there is unity. But the anointing is an individual thing, and God can release the anointing upon an individual if their heart is hungry and seeking the Lord. No matter what the circumstances are, it could be an individual receiving the anointing.

Yes. The Lord spoke to me the other day and said the church is very interested in the gifts of the Spirit, but that He was more interested in the fruit of the Spirit.
When we operate in the fruit of the Spirit, it will give much more validity to the gifts of the Spirit. I Cor. 13.

Jonah prophesied that Ninevah would be destroyed, but Ninevah repented and Jonah was a little bit disturbed about that! So God had to deal with Jonah. Isaiah told Hezekiah to set his house in order, he was going to die and not live. Yet, Hezekiah repented and the Lord sent the prophet back and changed the prophesy and said I will give you extra years. But today, the prophetic is just emerging and it is still in infant form. We can expect some messes! But it is like the oxen in the stall if you want a clean stall, don't put the oxen in! We want the power so we will put up with waste of the ox!!

Psalm 92:10, But my horn shall thou exalt like the horn of a unicorn (really means like a wild ox). I shall be anointed with fresh oil. That is what we are going to be praying in a moment, that god is going to release fresh anointing, fresh oil upon His Saints. Psalm 110:3 says in the day of God's power, God's people will be ruling and Psalm 143:6, God says we stretch out our hands unto Him. We are going to ask the people to stretch out their hands unto the Lord and receive from Him fresh anointing. It is going to be power for a purpose, to see the kingdom of God advanced on the earth and the glory of God revealed in our land.

I give you my mind, I give you my heart; take all of me. I want to make Jesus real to a hurting world.
