RED is one of my favorite colors. It is bright and it almost looks hot! It reminds me of a fire, or a
piece of metal that's been in the fire. Red reminds me of something that is POWERFUL, or something
that has a lot of life and energy in it.
The Bible tells us that the life is in the blood. Your blood carries oxygen to all the different parts of
your body. Blood is red.
In Hebrews 4:12 it talks about the Word of God being alive and powerful.
"For the word of God is quick (alive) and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword..."
It is so sharp, it can cut away the soul from the spirit, and God knows exactly what our thoughts and
intentions are. God's Word is powerful!
